Macrophilia is a fetish centered around a fascination with giants, frequently manifesting in the industry as the "Giantess" fantasy. A Submissive client hiring a Pro-Domme for this specific Roleplay desires to feel minuscule, helpless, or physically dominated by a towering woman. Providers cater to this using forced perspective photography, specialized camera angles for Virtual Companionship, or physical Roleplay involving trampling and crushing (often overlapping with Impact Play).
